Santo Domingo, 1986) Visionary leader in event production with over 18 years of experience, Juan Gabriel Morales Baduí has transformed the Dominican Republic’s music scene by producing world-class concerts and developing emerging talent. During his time in Mishu Music as Production Manager  led the production of Isle of Light Music Fest (2016-2024) in Santo Domingo.. As founder and COO of Algo Mejor Media Group, Juan has led groundbreaking productions, and supported artists such as Solo Fernández and Yellow Outlet.

He has worked with international icons like Bad Bunny, C. Tangana, Jay Wheeler, and Phoenix, blending strategic planning, cutting-edge technology, and seamless execution to create unforgettable events. Innovator and educator, Juan is the creator of #StartProducingNow, empowering the next generation of producers.

With projects like Epic Scores, an immersive concert series celebrating the music of video games and films, Juan continues to push the boundaries of live entertainment.
